This will come with free use starting Oct 2025 as seller will be paying the 2025 maintenance fee at closing. General transfer times for ownership takes 4-6 months due to paperwork filing and gathering and time waiting on transfer company/resort to finalize paperwork.

I have loved staying here, we used this resort as a base to go to Zion NP. Also there is wonderful kayaking opportunities in the Lake Mead area and hiking at Red Rock Canyon. Of course all the Vegas nightlife and casinos are within minutes of the property. Tahiti Village offers a free shuttle bus to the grocery store and a strip casino. The resort has a family friendly atmosphere with a lazy river and kids activity center. I have always stayed on a high floor in tower 5, for the views of the hills around Vegas. Currently remodeling the units, in Building 5. This is completely paid off, free and clear of any residual loans. New owner will take over ownership and responsibilities for annual maintenance fees.
