SVC - Shell Vacation Club - Does your Online Search Work?

Been trying to search for ANY availability on Shell Vacation Clubs website - it does not show anything. I called in to customer service to ask her, just to do a test, and she found some availability, so I searched, still did not show. Are any other owners having this same problem? I am starting to wonder if it is a glitch on my account or a system wide issue... I submitted tickets both by phone and email, but have not heard back from them yet, it has been 3 days since I submitted ticket.

Not too familiar with the Shell Vacation Club system so correct me if I am wrong.... Isn't the Shell system now absorbed by Wyndham?

If true, then I would think you may want to touch base with Wyndham to have your concerns addressed.

I cannot search for anything at all, even 11 months out. Something is seriously wrong with the online searching. I would guess Wyndham is messing with the website. They did it with WorldMark. WorldMark's website was always terrific before Wyndham touched it.

Definitely broken. I was able to make a reservation online a few days ago but its broken now
Okay thanks for letting me know - My guess is that they streamlined the "web development" team from Wyndham to work on the SVC site - what a surprise its broken now - cause it always worked for years before. I hope the Wyndham Dev Team keeps their dirty paws of the SVC site, they have a habit of breaking everything they touch.

Wyndumb's IT/IS folks totally scr**ed with the very good Worldmark online system.
Yeah they did. I ended up speaking with their head of IT and he admitted that they have over 900 disconnected databases and that it is impossible for them to get proper receipts for me, I was trying to do some tax returns and double taxations based on lodging taxes, but they do not even have the ability to gather said information, there IT is a complete mess. I have said this many times before - they should stop pretending like they are an IT company and just hire a SAAS provider that specializes in this kind of thing... My guess is they are greedy and they keep thinking they can do it themselves and they have a lot of internal politics and Karen's that will not allow any progress. I started a DBPR (department of business and professional regulation) in January 2024, which was upgraded to the General Counsel for legal review for consumer protection - and they are being charged $5000 PER DAY in legal fees from these government departments, and they still cant be bothered to sort it out... I guess the 5k for them is nothing compared to revenue coming in and them sweeping it under the carpet.
