I own weeks 11, 12 and 16 at Surfrider BC. One building is just not there anymore. That building would have had a direct hit from the hurricane. The second building is severely damaged. I don't know what the plan is. Someone posted on their FB site that there is good insurance but who knows? My prayers are for the residents, families and workers who rely on the hospitality industry for their living. Sanibel will take years to recover from this, if it ever does.
