I haven't but....What are they offering to do. List sell or cancel the timeshare? Are they charging a upfront?

They list properties saying they will sell in 90 days. There is an upfront fees. After 90 days they send you to another department where they say an upgrade is available(for a fee). You will get your money back once we sell your property.

the absolute biggest red flag there is in the timeshare world today is a company asking for money upfront.

tell them they can keep 2x the upfront fee when they sell your timeshare and just send you the difference!

If there is an upfront fee, then they will have no incentive to help. I would listen to everyone who tells you that its a money grab. If they don't sell (which they wont) the guarantee is likely that they will continue to list until it sells, (which it won't). List it here on TUG, just realize that many timeshares are not worth anything and you may have to give it away to get rid of it. What do you own?
