Summer Orlando EOY Week 30 - low maintenance fees!

My sister and I would like to give away our Westgate Club Orlando one bedroom unit as we are doing some serious downsizing. This is especially good for trading as week 30 is in the heart of summer. It is every other year (EOY), even years so this is the first year of the new owner's usage. Maintenance fees are really low - 448 EOY or 439 if you pay by December 1st. Westgate Club Orlando is an average resort but this unit trades very well in Interval International because it is a week 30 in Orlando and as you can imagine there is a strong demand for Orlando units in the heart of the summer! It also gets some Westgate pull as it is a Westgate resort. This unit may be good for someone just getting into timeshares as it is a proven trader and the maintenance fees are low. Free week - next dues not due until Jan 2014!

I have gone ahead and paid the maintenance fees on this unit and will give the new owner the free week this year - which means that maintenance dues are not due on this EOY summer Orlando unit until Jan of 2014. Please email me if you are interested. Thanks Janette aka "Funtime"
