Summer Holiday- July or Aug

I know there is more of a demand for July weeks than Aug but would a week 32 beach week still trade as well?

wk 32 is considered the last "prime" week of summer

26-32 are the prime weeks. 32 should still trade very well. Of course, july weeks would be better---but probably not significantly. once you get to wk 33, trading dorps off and by week 35---big difference.

I live in the south - more and more schools here are going back to school in August - I would go for July....
