Greetings,
I got an interesting call on Friday night last week from a telemarketing company selling Summer Bay Resorts weeks. A $398.00 Vacation package to Orlando. That isn't was interested me however. It was all the "other" claims that caught and kept my attention.
What was so hard to believe about the offer were the incredible vouchers they can make available to me. I thought that all this was to good to be true!
Here were some parts of the offer:
=========================
Only because I am a preferred prospect we will offer to you a free 8 day 7 night stay anywhere in the RCI system, all you pay for are the taxes and fees (I wonder what those could be?).
They claimed to throw that in because I had little interest in vacationing in Orlando and was a preferred qualified lead? We'll give you 8 days and 7 nites anywhere in the world via RCI
============== Extras ==============
Add an Additional 8 day 7 night vacation anywhere in the RCI system (good for 3 years for only another $150.00 ) you pay airfare, fees and taxes for and during the stay.
=============== Included in the $398.00 invite =============
Free 4day 3night trip to Orlando to listen to the program
================= Flight Voucher $100 more ==================
Flight voucher for second person with your paid Airline ticket.
I asked if the voucher would allow for a First Class seat if I purchased my ticket First Class to Santorini, Greece? They said yes it would.
They explained that I could purchase an additional Flight Voucher for a third person for only $100.00. Hmm, now I'm thinking two first class vouchers to Europe for only $200.00 wow! What a deal!!
Does anyone know if these guys are legit?
I did a search on Google for "Summer Bay Resort Scam" and came up with this.....

Is the Summer Bay Resort actually selling vouchers like the ones they claimed to me over the phone or is this a scam?
