Summer bay resort promotions SCAM??

I got a call today saying that I have a $500 credit with Summer Bay about to expire. They were offering

3 nt Inn at Summer Bay Orlando
2 nt Oceanside Inn Daytona Beach
Cruise aboard Discovery Sun and 2 nt stay at Flamingo Bay Resort Grand Bahama Island (additional port fees apply)
free economy rental car 7 days
$50 gift card for olive garden or red lobster
BONUS 2 nt getaway in florida with 28 locations to choose from.

Price $129 total
A 90 minute tour is required
Has anyone taken this? Is this a scam?? Are these resorts dumps?

Is there any chance that you do have a $500 credit? I don't know if it's a scam but I do know that it's a marketing ploy.

I have no idea what kind of resorts they are but I've never heard of them which is probably a bad sign.
 
I've seen one other post similar to this (can't recall if it's this site or over at timeshareforums) and it was a scam. I'd be very wary of any "credit" you did not know you had.

Are you an owner with Summer Bay? If not, then it's almost 100% certain that it's a scam. If you are an owner I'd call owners services with Summer Bay and let them know you've received this offer. They can eiher let you know it's a legitimate offer or be confused by it, which would mean it's most likely a scam.
