Summer Bay Resort in Orlando--Qs re smoking policy

Good afternoon, all! I am considering buying a resale week at one of the original buildings in Summer Bay. However, in my due diligence I have run in to references that there are a lot of smokers and smoking units at the resort. Can anyone comment on this? My family members have health situations that are terribly aggrivated by smoke or smoke residue in a room. How can I tell if the dedicated unit we are considering buying is a smoking or nonsmoking room? Are there dedicated smoking areas at the resort? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks,
Machta

Smoking

Mybe you can find out the last time they painted the walls. I would bet that most places cannot give you historical information, but should be able to tell you if it is a smoking or non-smoking room and how long long it has been that way.

What smoking going on at Summer Bay? I'm an owner now for about 3 years, have vacationed there at least 4 times and have never run into a problem of smoke. To my knowledge, smoking is not allowed in the units.

Maybe someone else will comment on this. We've never been in a unit with previous smokers. I would not have bought at this resort knowing that smoking was allowed in the units.
