Summer Bay House Orlando - general interest?

We have owned at Summer Bay for a long time, and a number of years ago we were finally able to own a deed for the houses. We absolutely love it, but our current life situation makes it difficult for us to use it much anymore. I don't see any listings for sale or for rent on this forum or the marketplace, and I wonder if that's because no one wants to sell theirs because it's too awesome to part with, or because there just aren't that many available. Either way, I'm wondering about the demand for them. I'd hate to give it away for free after waiting so long to get into one. There are enough annual points to stay more than one week if you reserve in off-peak times. Will I have any luck selling it for at least my maintenance fees this year?

No, but a floating annual three bedroom lock-off for $1 sound like good deal if one is a buyer. Not so good if one is a seller.

We traded into the Houses years ago. It’s not a 3bedroom lock off, but rather a freestanding 3bedroom house with a heated pool enclosed in screened patio. Fabulous.

It's listed as a 3BR Lock-off and it's not at the Houses.
