I have 3 rooms booked for 1 night at a Marriott airport hotel for myself and my family, I've only applied for a suite night award on one, as I assume as the account holder I have to be staying in the room? Or can you do it on as many as you want once your going to be present?

I guess the relevant clauses in the Ts&Cs are below.
If you made 3 separate, concurrent bookings, with different guest names for each room then what you have done so far seems to conform to the rules.
If you made the bookings in any other way that may complicate interpreting the rules.
“When using your Suite Night Awards™, they must cover the entire length of your Stay”
“Suite Night Awards™ cannot be transferred or given as a gift”

I'm just wondering why you would waste a Suite Night Upgrade Award on an AIRPORT hotel?
I doubt airport hotels have much of an upgrade even available, and imho the actual value is only realized in a hotel with multiple levels of suites.
This has been my experience many times, and we love to use utilized SNA upgrades, but only in situations where it made a significant difference.

Update
In the Marriott Bonvoy Insiders fb group, a regular poster has written
“If you have enough SNAs and you’re staying on premises and book both rooms in your name, then you can apply SNAs to both rooms.”
Clearly this is not an official Marriott statement, but it perhaps indicates that if you still want to apply SNAs to all 3 rooms it may well be permitted.
We always seem to have SNAs left over, so I would consider doing so - use them or lose them.

It's one we regularly stay in in Madrid - Marriott Madrid Auditorium Hotel and the suites are lovely, it's a big conference hotel. Plus we arrive early the day before so enjoy it. In Europe we mainly have AC and I agree there I would never waste them as there are no difference in the rooms.

I remember that one! That had the decent lounge too right? That did have some very nice rooms. I think we only ate in the lounge so food bill was $0!

Yes it's really nice, best buffet breakfast I've had in a hotel! And they have a regular airport shuffle!

Yeah, we used the shuttle. Marriott Momi Bay Fiji was the best breakfast I've ever had, and lunch, and dinner. Probably 1500 sq ft of food. Wild guess, but not small.
