Suggestions for activities at Oceana Palms

We will be staying at Oceana Palms and I'm looking into activities in the area. Has anyone done the water taxi tours or air boat tours? If so, what company did you use and how did you like it? Any other recommendations for area activities?

We too are looking to hear of ideas for activities. We'll be there later next month. We do plan to drive up to the Kennedy Space Center for a day, other than that we'll be enjoying the warm weather and beach.
