I think $97 was the starting price but no one bidded on this property. Bid history says 0 bids.
 
Many of these, even the best weeks, don't sell at all. Not being affiliated with Marriott anymore, big maintenance fees and assessments that make owning units costlier than renting, and uncertainty have destroyed their value.
 
You're right, the auction didn't draw a bid. I wonder how long the big special assessments continue? I bet the M&T will still be high even after the SA's end.
