strange walking problem - my reservation not visible

HGVC - Lagoon, W57th, MarBrisa, Paradise
trying to walk a reservation tonight. The night I want is available, but the 2 preceding nights - where I already have a reservation - are not visible. In other words the little bar that shows "Your reservation" does not show.

I've tried several different browsers.

They are closed for the next 60 hours, which will be too late to salvage this.

Any ideas?

It's risky but you could change to different dates, wait 10 minutes, then try to change back with the new added day. Freeing up your existing days should open up availability.

Try the app on your phone. Sometimes, the app works in this situation where the web method doesn't.

I've seen this happen a lot lately. I am not sure why it is not showing your current reservation, just new inventory available.

I had to call in to get it done.

I had the same issue when I tried to shorten a stay. I had to call them to make the change for me.

it's a big problem when you have a holiday monday because by the time you can call in the third midnight will have passed, meaning anyone can grab available nights.

in the end i canceled and rebooked when inventory showed up. I don't like that at all.

of note my other reservations at the same resort were visible and could be changed or walked with no problem.
