Still possible to get an RCI Weeks account?

Way back in the day, when RCI exchanges were done with Generics, the "paid for" RCI account was a straight weeks account, and it was possible to associate (and deposit) non-Wyndham RCI weeks as well. When the direct Wyndham points<->RCI portal came, I had a second account just for the Wyndham points, but the "regular" Weeks account continued to exist, and be paid for out of my Program Fees.

Wyndham recently completed* the split of our joint account post-divorce. My ex kept our old joint account(s), and a new one was created for me. The Wyndham points<->RCI portal is now established and linked to my newly-created Wyndham account, but if there is an affiliated Weeks account, I do not know what it is.

Is it still possible to get these established, and if so, how do I do it? This isn't urgent; the trader I have that is dual-enrolled is a better value in Interval, but just in case.

*: Well, I have to use the login name she originally chose when she went back to using her birth name, but I am not going to ask them to change it because I'm afraid I won't be able to log in anymore. And, I cannot create a Paymentus login associated with the new account, but I do have a credit card on file for the monthly fees, so that's probably another thing I am not going to push on right now.
