Does anyone have first hand knowledge of the status of the Coral Reef Beach Resort on St. Pete Beach? The website says nothing about any storm damage or unusual conditions. Their page on the VRI/Capital Vacations website has the following, however:

Hurricane Helene Update
Due to mandatory evacuations and road closures in the area, Coral Reef Beach Resort is temporarily closed. The safety of our guests and staff are our top priority during natural weather events and emergencies. All affected guests impacted by the closure will be contacted via email and/or phone with additional information and support.
We thank you for your patience and understanding. Further updates will be provided over the coming days as we continue to monitor the situation. Our current estimate is that the resort will be closed for one week as we recover from the storm.

Since the storms, Helene and Milton, were a while back it just may be that VRI's website is out-of-date (no big surprise there). Their phone number is an HOA line that seems to be closed for the day, and I know that calling the VRI reservations line would be a waste since they never have an up-to-date status on anything. Wondering if there's any owner here with first hand knowledge or if anyone's visited there recently (since the storms) to know the current conditions there.

Thanks!
