Yes, but the cost is steap, Starwood retains 50% of the rent. This can only be done at your home resort and of course there is no guarantee it will be rented. I've never used it but would like to hear from others who have tried it.

No not yet. I am in escrow now. - just wondering what my option for my next year 2007 usage.

Well, the FAQ goes on & on and so I didn't want to cut & paste the whole thing here. Below is the contact info. from the FAQ, so you can check directly with Starwood. Basically with the Starwood rental program:

1) if you own a LO, you can rent out the whole unit, or one of the halves.

2) you may only rent out whole weeks.

3) you may only rent out a week from your home resort.

4) you must reserve your rental week during the Home Resort Preference period (i.e. 12-8 mos. in advance).

5) Starwood takes 50% of the rental proceeds.

6) there are no guarantees that Starwood will be able to rent any or all of your week.

Sheraton Mountain Vista. It probably is too late to book any good winter week.
- May try to book Christmas or New Year 2007. I wonder how hard to book these week?
