St. Kitts 2026: IT issue or bigger?

For a couple months I have been looking into scheduling our nearly-annual trip to St. Kitts. I have been quite unsuccessful. I've search for availability for one day, 3 days, and full weeks, for every (available) month in 2026. The website indicates no rooms are available. At all. Not one single night.

As we've been going to St. Kitts for 10 years now, this is highly unusual. While making other reservations in a call with an advisor I asked them to check - with the same results. They indicated that this must be an IT problem and they would get back to me, but that was a few weeks ago.

I suppose it could be an IT problem, but at this point I'm wondering if there is something else going on. I believe that there is supposed to be a Ritz opening up just over the hill next year. Hoping that isn't changing anything.

Has anyone been successful in getting any 2026 reservations at St. Kitts?

Thanks in advance!

I am seeing a 9-night minimum stay requirement for all dates. Not sure why, but when you set it to 9 nights, availability opens up. Lots of dates in late April through June 2026 and spotty days for checkin for the other months.

That's what I'm seeing as well through the 12 month window but not the 13 month window. If you have enough points, book it and then have them shorten if. you need to. Weird though, likely a glitch.

Perhaps someone intended to institute a different minimum stay requirement (like 7 nights) but hit the wrong key.

That was my guess as well.

That would not surprise me at all.

Have you tried calling the resort directly to find out what they know about reservations for 2026?

Thanks to all of you for your replies. Brilliant try on 9 days! I just stopped at 7 ( I did try a 2, 3, 4, then 7). Gave up too early!

I was going to call them directly, after conversing with this community. I suppose I should call to let them know! They probably have a stronger interest in this than I do!

Good news is that we were going to aim for 9 days anyway!

Again, thanks to all of you for sharing your ideas, experiences and efforts

I was able to reserve 9 nights at St Kitts for February and then called MVC to have them shorten it to 7 nights. I guess they are still having the issue and no one is going to fix it
