Sports Illustrated resorts?

Went to a free breakfast Rci owners thing at Smokey Mountains. Zoom was broke so they talked about the resort and pushed last calls thru RCI. They did say they are building a Sports Illustrated at exit 407 off of I40. So I guess one In Alabama and one in Tennessee.
What other Sport Illustrated resort are in the works and will the point structure be the same?

Owners update in Austin

Just finished an owners update in Austin - just under 60 minutes. The body snatchers touted the "New Travel + Leisure Benefits" as something we would need to learn about. When it finally came time to sit down with the owners advocate (aka salesperson) we were told that we could book into Sports...
