Spinnaker Resorts - Williamsburg, VA - King's Creek Resort

I bit on a phone solicitation for a 4-day, 3-night stay in a 2-bedroom unit in Williamsburg in exchange for doing a timeshare presentation. My significant other and I have done a million of these, so we're fine with the sales presentation, but I was wondering if anyone has stayed at this particular resort and have any inside info you won't see online. Reviews online are generally positive about the resort itself.

Great location to Busch Garden and Water Country USA waterpark.
There are three resorts located on King’s Creek Plantation. They are The Cottages at King’s Creek, The Townes at King Creek and The Estates at King‘s Creek. Which one are you staying in for your vacation ?

You are near Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, shopping centers, grocery stores and some outstanding area restaurants.

The Estates, I believe. We're aren't particularly picky, so it doesn't matter much anyway. We're looking forward to seeing some museums, the Monticello, and Busch Gardens.
