Have 2 weeks in a a 3 bd Superior unit at Ramada Hotel/Suites in the Marina Dorada section end of March/early April. Anyone have ever been or have more information. Looks like Wyndham bought out the Costa Del Sol Resorts, Ramada has the 1 and 2 bedroom units, but information on the 3 bd units in Marina Dorada is hard to find. 900 sq feet for a 3 bd seems a bit small, but at least we have enough beds for 5 adults and a full kitchen. In looking for more information, Ramada sends me to Wyndham, who sends me to IDILIQ hotels, who sends me back to Wyndham. Tripadvisor, like GOOGLE is no longer my friend. I also resent having to sign into GOOGLE to access Tripadvisor and other websites.

This is a replacement for the 2 3bd units I had precovid at the Marriott. Haven't been able to snag them again.

Marina Dorada is one of the old Club La Costa resorts. They were rebranded to Ramada/Wyndham a few years ago. They are not affiliated with Wyndham TS but Wyndham hotels in Europe. The newer higher end resorts are Wyndhams, the older resorts are Ramadas. I’ve stayed in the San Diego suites which are Wyndhams. I’d compare them to a higher end Wyndham or DRI. Marina Dorada is an older resort in the same area.

I stayed at the resort last February prior to spending a week at Marriott's Playa Andaluza however I stayed in the San Diego Suites which are a step up from the Ramada suites. I actually experienced three different villas as I was trying to maximise the amount of sun my balcony received and whilst they were all in the same part of the resort and labelled San Diego Suites they all differed somewhat in quality and furnishings. Size wise they were fairly spacious and with good sized rooms however I can't speak for the Ramada suites. The resort was OK, quite hilly but it was very much a step down from both Marriotts in terms of the resort and villas.
