South Beach Pulse

Has anyone been there recently or does anyone have general thoughts on the property? I know there is no pool which is a bummer but the location seems great to see South Beach and explore other areas of Miami like Brickell and the Vizcaya Gardens etc.
 
Haven't stayed post-COVID but we love the South Beach Pulse (our family of four have stayed there twice). Right across the street from Lummus Park and the beach, a short walk away from the Wolfsonian-FIU and Bass museums, and surrounded by the Art Deco Historic District and a plethora of great restaurants (and admittedly all too many tourist traps).
 
Take a look at this Autograph Collection property instead. It's right up the block and has a good restaurant and bar. If you are using Destination Points, I'd advise against staying at the Pulse. It's a bad trade.

Oh well. If it is a studio for studio then I'd say it was a good deal. The location is really good. I would never trade a 1BR or more for it. They are available all the time.
