Hello, we have owned here since 2012 and have a current RCI points contract which is transferrable to the new owner. We have used this timeshare to visit numerous resorts by exchanging within RCI primarily. This method allowed us to visit multiple resorts within one year, especially when resorts put their weeks on sale for small point values. We have stayed at Vacation Village when in Orlando along with other resorts. Currently the RCI points account has 185,000 points which will transfer to the new owner. All Closing costs associated with the sale will be paid by the seller including the title transfer through LT Transfers of GA and the RCI account transfer unless there are portions legally not allowed. My hope is that you start your vacation journey off well, therefore I will also include in the sale the payment of all 2026 and 2027 Maintenance fees. Cash value: $2484. Thanks for looking.
