The studio is 2 weeks every other even year, 2024 it will be available for the two weeks. We currently have one week scheduled in March 8th thru 15th 2024. Maintenance fees $1100 due now. we will pay at close. What else can i tell you ?

float week, any week every other even year. 2024 is a year for use, we currently have a reservation for march 8-15 2024 and one open to be made

Update: All documents signed and in the hands of management company to get paperwork to LT Transfers. So far, everyone I've dealt with have been responive and professional. Very Pleased with Process to date. The management company evidently drags their feet during these transactions. Was told By LT 15 to 20 weeks is the norm.

Update 02/09/2024 - All papers signed by both parties, paperwork headed to LT Transfers. Once all paperwork is there they will be sending checks to management company to pay for transfer and other expenses incurred, adn sending in for recording......So far very impressed with the everyone involved (not disclosing names because I've not asked if ok) Thank you TUG

****SOLD**** all paperwork is completed. Received email confirmation from buyer that he has already scheduled a week...

We gladly paid all fees necessary thru 2026.
