Free transfer of 1 bed / 1 bath timeshare at Palm Beach Shores Resort & Vacation Villages located in Palm Beach Shores, FL.

Time share is for Unit 110 during Week 30 and is an Annual Deeded Timeshare.

Annual maintenance fee of $1,165 and already paid for 2023 with usage available upon transfer, or utilize RCI annual exchange points of 47,000 points to access many more resorts.
2022 RE Taxes = $205
2023 Maint Fee = $960
Total = $1,165


All title and deed preparation fees to be paid by seller.
