Wyndham Founder; Disney OKW & SSR; Marriott's Willow Ridge, Shadow Ridge and Grand Chateau; Val Chatelle, Pines at Meadow Ridge and Twin Rivers in CO; Hono Koa OF (3); SBR(LOTS), SDO a few); WKORV-OFC-4 and Westin Desert Willow.
Fees for 2023 were $1,130.76 + .70 per 1,000 program fees. This is a beautiful property in Fairfield Bay, Arkansas. Gorgeous lake, beautiful grounds, a golf course, lots of beautiful places to walk, and a few nice restaurants on property.

We will record the deed and pay the $399 transfer fee to Wyndham. We will pay the MF's until the property transfers to your name. It takes 4-6 months for closing.

This is a zero cost entry into the Wyndham system. Do a Google search to see point charts of the various resorts and see what points will do for you. The system is very flexible. We have enjoyed our ownership over the years, and we will continue to enjoy a reduced number of points. We used to rent Wyndham.

The program fees do cover an RCI account, which can be helpful for those times that you get to the end of the year and discovered you hadn't used the points for the current year. You can transfer right up to the end of the year.

I just have this one 182,000 point contract left. I have others at Fairfield Bay, if you are interested in owning more.

It is the Fairfield resort. I didn't do the math because that is not my forte, but I can do the math. It's $6.21 + .70 = $6.91 per 1,000 points.

Our first exchange, back in 1991

We love the fairways part of the resort. The units are really nice, and you can park right up to the building you are in. Easy to unload the car. But points are points, and it's certainly a good value for this one.

I believe I have a taker for this week.

All of our Wyndham free contracts have found a home. I cannot modify the title to show that these are sold. Woohoo!
