They don’t do Wyndham anymoreLT Transfers seems to be the most effective and reasonable company to handle the transfer -
I agree with this. It's not tough to even transfer a deeded timeshare. The estoppel is very important to have in hand for the new owner.I think you can just do the transfer yourself when there is no real money involved. I just went through a transfer (signed assumption agreement via DocuSign yesterday). Our closing was through LT, but there is no deed involved. Just communications between seller, buyer, LT and Wyndham. The seller had to request the estoppel. If you can contact Wyndham to obtain instructions on what to do, you can avoid the closing costs in the transaction.
ThanksThey don’t do Wyndham anymore

Who provided the assumption agreement? I'm assuming LT since you mentioned them but was just curiousI think you can just do the transfer yourself when there is no real money involved. No. The Assumption Agreement is sent out by Club Wyndham via DocuSign. From what I can see, the seller got a copy of the estoppel from Wyndham and sent it to LT. LT had us sign a basic purchase agreement/contract. LT also asked for the full names, date of birth, phone, address and email address for each individual that is party to the transaction. LT then created a letter that they sent to Wyndham that outlined all the details. It included all the information that they requested and it was signed by the seller(s). It also granted LT authorization to speak to Wyndham about the transaction. THey then were somehow able to provide this form online and should have been able to pay the transfer fee online too, but ran into an issue with that because our seller was in Canada. They had to wait about 10 days to pay it by phone.Who provided the assumption agreement? I'm assuming LT since you mentioned them but was just curious
