Any reviews about this resort? I did see that it is $15 per person per day resort fee. We've not left the mainland with negative Covid upon return mandates.

It appears to be very nice but I have not seen it yet in RCI points, it seems to be found exclusively in RCI weeks.

It is also a Marriott hotel. You can probably find reviews of the hotel side. I've driven by it a number of times. It looks to be a beautiful resort on the corridor.

I did a tour of the property a couple years ago.
Definitely on my bucket list if I could exchange in.

I didn't see the resort in points but it did show up through my RCI portal. 3 bedroom unit for 112k Wyndham. Resort fee per person is going to get me though.

It is weeks only, as is the Residences at Hacienda Encantada (Platinum only on the weeks side). There are several dozen resorts that only trade in weeks. I'm not really sure why that is; probably a variety of different reasons for the different ones set up that way.

We will be there in two weeks via RCI exchange. I’ll post a review after we return. I believe the fee is per unit (at least I sure hope so!).

From RCI website:
Service fee is 15.00 U.S. dollars. Only Credit Cards accepted. Service fee per room, per night.

I will be interested how you like it. My goal wasn't exactly to plan to leave the continental before the negative Covid test upon return has completed. But it was there and I have points to burn so I took it.

We were in Aruba last November, before the return Covid tests were required and switched trips from Jamaica to St. Thomas in February and March to not have to deal with the issue. We'll have our daughters and two grandchildren with us on our trip to Cabo and there will be no getting around it this time ! I was just going to wing it but my wife thinks it best to contact the resort to inquire about testing and associated costs, etc. since there will be 9 of us traveling. Looking forward to the trip and will let you know how our experience was at Solaz after we return.
