Pretty quiet up there this time of year. Most things are closed for the season. The notch road is probably closed, so going to Stowe takes a lot longer. There's always restaurants, movies in Essex, browse shops in Johnson. Visiting Burlington and Church street might be a good idea. Ride the bike path there or in Stowe. Not sure of the schedule, but there's the Fairbanks Museum in St. Johnsbury. If the roads are ok, take some drives - Belvidere Pond to spot moose; Newport by the Canadian border. You will have to drive to do/see things - expand outward!

Take a Wyndham timeshare tour

They're low pressure here--unlike their other locations. Of course you shouldn't buy anything, but this is one of the great family resorts in the US. Really.
