You owe it to yourself to read this post. Please have a quick review of the complaints tab - https://www.bbb.org/us/nh/portsmout...my-timeshare-now-llc-0051-92008632/complaints - It breaks my heart to see these time share owners (gratefully not myself) who fall prey to SMTN - Terrible - take a moment to click the link above and read it for yourself - Buyer reviews of course will be fine - Flip that to the sell side - The actions on the part of SMTN are EGREGIOUS - truly - I'm sure as many of you know, they require an upfront payment and once you commit, they are very elusive, and hard to contact. They do NOT respond to email (when one lists Qs for written responses) - VERY FRUSTRATING!!! PLEASE, please do NOT drop $s on SMTN - there is a reason why they are not BBB accredited. Caveat Emptor
