Smith Mountain Lake, Va ... new,special??

Smith Mountain Lake, Va ... new, special?? I noticed today that there was a TS available (The Point @ Mariners’ Landing RCI #C358) .. this is near Roanoke where we live…. Did not know there were any in our area, and this one looks like a non timeshare.. We stayed at a TS in Tx that had a letter prefix in front of number.. is that some kind of special notation?? That TS in New Braunfels, Tx seemed unlike a TS also.

Anyone shed any light on either the Prefix … or Smith Mountain Lake TS C358

My wife's nephew has a vacation home on Smith Mountain Lake (SML). We went up to SML for a week's visit about 5 years ago. Absolutely loved SML and the area.

Don't know anything about the timeshare you mentioned. You've probably seen the TripAdvisor reviews for Mariner's Landing and SML State Park

I wouldn't hesitate to stay there.

Is this the resort that has a restaurant on site that cooks southern meals and is located on a lake in the mountain.

I stayed at this resort some years ago and it is a place for the whole family to enjoy.
