Small moment of panic this morning - my weeks aren’t showing in my account

Got up to get ready for work and thought I’d check my account. There’s an outside possibility I might need a night in Orlando this month and I wanted to see what was still available.

At any rate, I thought I’d see if 2026 weeks had been loaded so I could convert them to points……and they weren’t there! Zip, zilch, nada. Nothing. No weeks available.

Then I thought, I still have MF bills, so I looked to see if they were there, and they were. I just hit a holiday glitch in the system. It’s probably been there all this time but I’ve never looked at my account on Jan 1 and certainly not this early in the morning.

Same nothing at all showing. Did you really mean 2026 weeks, or 2028 weeks to load? I've had 2027 weeks available to elect all year, so expect 2028 weeks to appear when they unpick whatever mess they have found....

My weeks, converted points and 2026 reservations are all not showing. IT at its finest. I guess the way they kept MF the same in 2026 for all resorts was to cut costs my downsizing our use of our vacations.

Yep, I ment 2028. But nothing was showing, not 2026, 2027 or 2028. The only thing showing were my points, bot trust and enrolled. I guess it’s a good thing I wasn’t needing to convert those 2028 weeks to points to borrow for a reservation that needed to be made as soon as the inventory released

On an amusing note, I can see my points and point reservations in Abound by logging into my Vistana account and going to Abound. Nothing but the MF bill for my one Marriott week available going through Marriott. Thrilled and delighted! Kind of happy that the one week isn't one that I use for points.
