Hi Tuggers, I have a hold on a week at Siesta Sands Beach Resort in Sarasota.It is for April 2012. The only review on TUG is from 2004 and not very good. I saw a review on RCI that was very positive, but when I went on again to check the review again it had vanished! Any info good or bad would be helpful to me. Thanks! TerryC
 
Two different times I was looking for reviews for some resorts (I was looking to exchange my dvc points into II then and now RCI).

I also found reviews outdated -

I am also guilty of that. When we exchanged and stayed at the Royal Sands I never wrote a review which by the way was excellent. Only negative comments, high pressure at their timeshare presentation.

I recently tried to write one for the Wilderness Lodge Villas and after typing it up, it would not go through for some reason so I gave up.

Good luck and please let us know if you keep it and stay there.
