Hi Tuggers,I have too many timeshares ! I recieved a letter from II said if I bought a membership, my first exchange would be free, no matter if I already banked my week with VRI since they are now under the Same umbrella, so I put a request in and got a post on my II account that VRI canceled it. I called VRI and put a request thru them for the same vacation .they suggested I put my 2017 week in II but in order to do that I have to pay a new membership fee. I put a request first and deposit later in with II and my free exchange offer is gone. I could spit tacks. Should have said no thanks, but I wanted to see if II would be good to try again? Not giving II more money til they verify a trade !

Usually Mark DelCampo is the contact unless he is on vacation. He has always been able help me. Seems like II doesn't know what they are offering.

These offers are usually only good for a short time - it probably just expired.

You said you had a letter. Does it have an expiration date. If not even if the offer isn't showing in your account you should be able to fax or forward a copy of the letter to get it re-instated.

I can deposit 2017 week there, but VRI is keeping my 2016 week. My mistake I will still get the first exchange free thru II.
