Mears is the big dog in town, they have pretty much everything from Limo's to Bus's, most places though have a pretty good online system to calculate cost..

It is a 15 minute drive if you take the toll road, slightly longer if you take the local lane that runs in parallel, but with lights.
Mears or super shuttle is your best bet. Cab is more, but no other people to deal with and on your schedule.
