Want to play golf over Thanksgiving? Here is the place, and the weather is usually great for golf in November! Port St. Lucie is on the Atlantic coast of Florida, about halfway between Palm Beach and Vero Beach. The resort is about seven miles from the coast, with many state parks and miles of beautiful beaches nearby. The ocean will probably be cold for swimming, but the beaches lovely for walking. There are many opportunities for boating in the area. The resort has a heated pool.

Check-in is Saturday, November 21 with check-out Saturday, November 28th.

This is a Premium (large) villa. It is about 900 square feet and has a full kitchen, a dining room with large table, a living room with plenty of space for four, and a bedroom with a king-sized bed. The bathroom has a separate shower and tub and two separate sinks. The villa has a balcony (or patio) and is equipped with its own washer/dryer.

I am a longtime TUG member and have extensive eBay feedback, 100% positive. References also available upon request. I accept credit cards through PayPal; personal checks also accepted.

I ask all of my renters to sign a simple rental agreement. This helps protect both parties. I'd be happy to send a copy of the rental agreement; just let me know if you'd like to see it.
