Sheraton Mountain Vista Is this truely fixed week 51 or just a regular floating winter week?

It looks like a fixed week to me. They sold weeks 51 and 52 as fixed.

YOu would probably want to see the Resale Information Sheet (Estoppel) from Vistana to confirm.
 
That’s the estoppel received. A bit confusing to me but I want to confirm if someone knows for sure if week 51 is guaranteed every year (but with option to float).
 
Not sure about the option to float. Different resorts have different rules about floating a fixed week.
 
Guess it is a fixed week 51. Curious who got it can confirm it is fixed. I was outbid so I cannot find it out. lol.
