Questions:
1. If I get aftermarket Sheraton flex points, how likely is it for me to book Sheraton Kauai resort?

2. I can’t find how many points it takes to book Sheraton Kauai resort?

3. Any comments on downside if I’m getting it free?

4. Can I bank points for next year? Other than interval international?

1. Should be easy unless during peak season.

2. See chart below.

3. Resale value is zero. Difficult to get rid of when the time comes.

4. No.

Have you compared the annual dues cost to the cost to book the accommodation in cash?

Your resale Sheraton Flex gives you two options on how to use it. It's good for 12 month out home priority booking at the nine properties in Sheraton Flex. To book any other Vistana properties, Marriott properties or other timeshare properties you have to sign up for an Interval International account that you pay for and exchange through there for a fee. Your resale is not enrolled in the VSN meaning it will have no StarOptions or access to Abound. To make it eligible for all of these things plus a free Interval international account, you would have to make an additional ownership purchase directly from Vistana of at least $10,000.

Yes, I have and only Hawaii is worth it. But owners are selling these for $150 a night also. And, there are many better resorts as well. I’ll not be taking these over. There’s too many disadvantages.
