Just to clarify. Sheraton Desert Oasis is a voluntary Vistana property and the StarOptions and StarPoints are unable to be transferred upon resale.

To be clear, this is straight from Vistana:

Upon resale, the new Owner would be entitled to traveling to the home resort, Sheraton Desert Oasis, during his purchased Platinum Season for seven nights in a One Bedroom Premium. The Platinum Season weeks will include: 1 - 21 and 50 - 52.

The Vistana Signature Network™ (VSN) benefits that will not transfer to the new Owner include:

• StarOptions® to travel within VSN resorts
• StarOptions Banking
• Starwood Preferred Guest® (SPG) Gold membership
• Ability to convert ownership to Starpoints®
• Corporate membership with Interval International® (II)

In order for the new Owner to travel outside of the home resort season and home resort, he will be required to acquire his own external exchange membership with RCI or II.

In order for the new Owner to join VSN, he would be required to purchase a Vacation Ownership Interest directly from Vistana Sales as advised in Governing Documents.
