If you were facing the elevator doors ready to go down, you would go to your left and around a corner to get to xx67 and xx68 which have balconies that jut out from the building.
If you would instead go to your right, the first suite (junior) after the elevator has a balcony, xx69. Then where we were xx71 (actually 1771), two doors down the hall, no balcony but a wall mostly of windows.
I could be wrong, but I'm guessing you were in 1569(?). If you are in 1668 next year, then you will have a balcony again, but the rooms with be to the left of the elevator doors as you wait to do down.
