Good afternoon all,
My wife and I own a [2500 points Shell Timeshare]. Not many of these for sale or rent out there. Just trying to feel out the water on its value if any. Don't really want to sell, Let me know what you might think. Thanks Hans in sunny Ct

In this economy, the bottom has dropped out of the TS market so the value of everyone's TS is way down. This is not a good time to sell.

Selling aside, any ideas positive of negitive about our property. I did get the 48-50 year deal, whick i questioned at the time but was told in 50 years all the owners vote to renew at no cost. maybe in 50 years that will be our only way out!
THanks hans
