Hello, I am looking to sell my timeshare at Sands Beach Club in Myrtle Beach, SC. The unit is Ocean View, listed as 1 bedroom but technically has two rooms and two bathrooms. It is week 29 every year. Dues are already paid for this year, and you would be able to use it this July! Just looking for the cost of transferring the deed through a real estate attorney which I was quoted around $350.

You should also include the yearly MF, and if you've traded it, what kind of exchanges you've gotten, and what exchange company you used. Please note that you can't list sales here, but you can give it away for free in the appropriate forum.
