Selling on Ebay -Sqare Trade Verified ??

I have a timeshare that I would like to try to sell on Ebay. It looks like a hassle to have to sign up to be Square Trade Verified. It appears you have to register and then get automatic monthly billings, after a trial period. Does everyone with just one unit to try to sell sign up and advertise during the free trial period and then cancel before the monthly charges start? Is that any hassle to get cancelled after the trial membership?

Maybe I am missing the boat and there is a way to get Square Trade verified for a single usage?

How have you folks done this in the past?
 
You don't need to be Square Trade Verified to SELL(Real Estate Listing) timeshares on ebay. You do need it to RENT(Travel Related listing) on ebay,
