I am owner of 2 weeks at Marbella Beach Resort, [Details deleted to remove appearance of an ad.]

Now I want to sell both weeks and I am looking for the best way for selling. Have you any idea?

Thanks for your help.

You don't say where you are from, but you can try
here on TUG
facebook MVC groups (there is one dedicated to Marbella Beach and another dedicated to MVC Sales...)
or one of the European Resellers
travelandleisure.co.uk )
doctor-timeshare.com ) both of whom we know well
fabtimeshare.com
...etc

Thank you. I am from Austria and now I have contacted travelandleisure.
We will see, I am waiting for an answer from the reseller.

Good luck.
If you need any individual named contacts, please let me know.

Hello Barry,
I have contacted both resale agencies
travelandleisure.co.uk: Today I was called back and also informed that they will take a fee for marketing about ca EUR 190,00 Is this okay and serious? This fee would be paid back when the week is sold.
doctor-timeshare.com: Sebastian was very kind and immediately he contacted me per chat and answered all my questions, I got the form to fill out and a short time later the apartment was online.
So I am not sure if I shall give an order to the other resale agency.
Best regards
Gerda

Hello Gerda
Sebastien is very professional and committed to getting the right result for everyone he deals with
(and of course he does not charge any upfront fee, which really is the way it should be)
Having now gone ahead with him, my advice would be to just leave him to do what he does well and not try to complicate things by considering a second agency, at this stage anyway.
Good luck.

1. I think the general TUG wisdom is to never pay any upfront fee.

2. there is the TUG marketplace where you should also place an ad.

3. When I am looking to purchase a timeshare the first two places I look are www.redweek.com and www.myresortnetwork.com
the latter has a charge of 34.95 - the former I think 19.95 although you may need to add a membership charge to that.

I'd look into all of these options as well as using a broker.

Have you checked to see what comparable weeks have sold for and is your pricing expectation reasonable?

From a look at these sites a 3 bed OF gold holiday asking price is $5900.. presumably selling price will be lower.

Is your week OF (are all Marvell's 3bds OF?)
