Seeking Developer Price List by Resort

Hi,

Would anyone happen to have access to this information that they could share for Marriott? I'm seeking something similar to the list posted on the Starwood forum which provides prices and maintenance fees for the various offerings by resort.

I have never seen such a list on this board. People have posted the current prices, incentives and MF's on a Ad hoc basis when someone asks about a particular resort but there is no comprehensive list that I am aware off. How can someone be assured that the list you mention is current and up to date since the prices and incentive offerings change so frequently?
 
Maintenance fees - current and historical - for all Marriott resorts are in a database that I update annually. You can access it from the FAQs for this Marriott forum, located at the top of the list of topics for the forum.

As for sale prices, I concur. There are so many resorts with ever changing prices that such a database would be outdated before we completed it!
 
I would suggest that if you have certain resorts you are curious about for price that you call the resort and ask or you post the question here. Many tuggers go on presentation tours and know some current pricing. Even just staying at resorts you often here what weeks are going for.
