Sedona - road conditions to it from Palm Springs area?

Leaving this Friday and read about the bad storms in Phoenix and even Sedona. Are the roads okay to travel by auto coming from Palm Springs area thru Phoenix to Sedona to Los Abrigados Resort?:confused:

Is there still a lot of road construction once you leave downtown Sedona? Are the 'wonderful' roundabouts completed? Thank you for any bits of info you can share!
 
Highway 179 construction in Sedona including roundabouts is fully completed.
Storms are gone. You should have no problems on the road
