I have a timeshare through Blue Green and they decieved me at the time saying things like it's an investment or fees never increase. I talked to a cancellation company after my attempts to settle it didn't work. They said they never lost a case with Blue Green in their 11 years. They also said that once I sign with them, they said I can skip payments if I choose because they put a credit freeze on me and that way I wouldn't lose more money. They have good reviews but my question is has anyone had experience with them and is that true that my credit wouldn't get affected?

If you have to pay an upfront fee for this then it is outright fraud. They will take your money, go on vacation, and leave you holding the bag.

Once you pay them there is no incentive for them to do anything for you. Tell them you will pay them from the proceeds of the actual sale and watch how quickly they hang up on you. They will promise the world to you, but they will do nothing. Check out TUG for others who have been scammed.

Never trust any good reviews as they could be staged.

It's your money. You work hard for it. Why give it away because of empty promises?

Ya or if I could sign a contract that says I'll pay when you win that way they're guaranteed money and I'm guaranteed results. I've heard that's how lawyers do it they get paid when the case is done. I'm also shopping around also

A credit freeze won't stop negative credit reporting. It is only meant to stop new credit lines from being opened and prevent certain types of credit inquiries. They tell you to stop paying because this is really the easiest way out, default. You stop paying and at some point the timeshare goes into foreclosure. When that is done it will go to foreclosure sale and be gone, you will be out. Yay! The timeshare exit company did its job. Yes, they consider foreclosure a completed exit. Foreclosure could impact your credit. Another thing, you can do the same thing yourself absolutely FREE. Just stop paying. You don't need this Seaside Consultant Group to help you do that. Avoid timeshare exit companies who say they can help you get out. While they can, they aren't going to help you do anything you can't already do yourself.

you are again sitting thru another sales presentation where someone is telling you everything you want to hear in order to convince you to pay a hefty sum of money for something you could get for free.
