Still traveling and stopped in for a few nights with a good discount in a 1BR 2 bath unit. All the units have been refurbished and they look good. My faves are the town houses but we needed no stairs . The staff really thought of everything you need and again extremely helpful, kind and a pleasure to talk to. Comfortable units with a private patio area that is semi wooded for privacy. Pool area looks new as well as reception area.

No...it is not beach front
There is a beach down the street that the resort issues passes for. South Cape Beach. 9 min. Drive.

We have been an owner at Sea Mist Resort for many years. It is a well managed timeshare, which keeps the MF low and yet makes improvements every year. The resort has more amenities than most of Cape Cod resorts.
