SDO and VCC reservations

I own both of these resorts and need to book weeks for 2009. I figure I better do it soon, to get a good week. Both weeks float 1-52

I've bought both resale, Can I call one place to book both weeks or do I need to call each resort?

Does anyone have contact info or phone #'s. I don't know what happened to my paperwork

I'm guessing the best weeks to reserve would be March or Easter?

March is prime time at SDO; good weather and spring training.

Reservations for all resorts are made through owner services in Florida. The earliest you can call is 12 mos. out at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. They are open 7 days a week.

March is prime time in Scottsdale/Phoenix, because of Baseball Spring Training. Since SDO is in Scottsdale, I'd try to reserve it for a week in March. You have passed the 12 mo. mark so you need to call right away. If nothing is left for March, Easter week would be my 2nd choice.

It's about 30 mi. from Cave Creek to Scottsdale/Phoenix, so I'm not sure if the Spring Training crowd would want to stay that far away or not, so Easter might be better for VCC.

The Sat. before Easter in 2009 is April 11th, so it should still be available, but I'd call first thing in the morning on April 11, 2008, to make sure you get it. The Sat. before that would also be a good check-in day - that's April 4th.

I just called yesterday and booked both of those resorts for March. I split my SDO and reserved consecutive weeks. The rep said the whole month was available. I reserved Easter last time for both sides seperately and it traded well. I had no desire to go during school vacation! This year, I plan to use at least 1 reservation myself.
