Today I am reviewing one of the Hilton Vacation Club resorts in the Scottsdale Arizona area. Scottsdale is about 45 minutes from downtown Phoenix. The one bedroom is really spacious. I really enjoyed the pool area. There was an adult only pool and hot tub and then a family pool with a kid pool. The pool areas were niced sized... There is also a game area (Ping pong, foosball, air hockey) and a children's playground area. This makes the resort a family friendly facility.

The room is quite large with a sofabed in the living room, a separate dining room, as well as a large bedroom with a king size bed and a walk in closet. In my case the deck looked out onto the small road leading tot he entrance, but I could alo see the surrounding hill around Phoenix. The resort is a sort drive to groceries or the famous "old town" area. Staff was wonderful.

Ah, I see it's North Scottsdale. Wondered why you said 45 min. Not close to "Old Town," but a great location if you are going to the Waste Management Open.
Really large fitness center. And, the walk-in closet and full W & D makes me wonder if this was built originally as a T/S or something else?

The layout reminds me a bit of The Legacy Golf Resort, South Phoenix. Have you stayed there? I know you've stayed the T/S right on South Mtn.

We stayed in a 1BR unit there a couple of weeks ago for a quick trip. We would say the complex was originally designed as apartments rather than a timeshare.

The people were nice, but we thought the resort and unit were mid-tier. Also in a good location.

I suspect Hilton will upgrade this one over time... I am curious to see the changes to resorts in 2023

Have not stayed at the legacy golf resort... Old town is always fun to go to. I used to live within walking distance of old town (less than a mile).
